DESCRIPTION:

High performance vinyl silicone oil as plastic material

Vinyl silicone oil mainly includes vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (Vi-PDMS) and vinyl-terminated polymethyl vinyl siloxane (Vi-PMVS), which can provide products with different viscosity and vinyl content according to need. Vinyl silicone oil can be divided into: terminal vinyl silicone oil and high vinyl silicone oil. It is the main raw material of addition liquid silicone rubber, silicone gel and other modifiers / plastic additives / reinforcement materials.

APPLICATION:

High performance vinyl silicone oil as plastic material

1. Used as the base material for the production of high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (HTV), and mixed with crosslinking agent, reinforcing agent, coloring agent, structure control agent, aging resistance agent to prepare high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber raw rubber. 

2. It is used to produce liquid silicone rubber and is the main material of injection thermoforming silicone rubber. 

3. The product reacts with polyurethane, acrylic acid and other organic materials to produce new materials with superior properties (weather resistance, aging resistance, ultraviolet resistance, toughening, etc.) (e.g. coatings are important raw materials for the production of various coatings and modified silicone oil). 

Vinyl terminated silicone oil Purpose: 

It is a divinyl terminated poly two methyl siloxane with stable quality and low volatile content. It is the main raw material of addition liquid silicone rubber, silicone filling material, silicon gel, and modifier of rubber compound. 

High vinyl silicone oil Purpose:

Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) is a vinyl-terminated or methyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane with vinyl in the intermediate chain. It has stable product quality, low volatility, no yellowing and no cross-linking. It is the main raw material of addition liquid silicone rubber, silicone filling material, silicon gel, etc.

USAGE and DOSAGE:

This material have chemistry's lively, should not to mixed with impurities(especially the catalyst),when in use or compatibility of medicines, should be notice if have chemical reaction, prevent degeneration.

Package and Transportation:
1.This product should be stored airtight at room temperature in dry shade, not near the fire source, avoid sun exposure, avoid mixing of impurities (especially catalysts, acid substances); 

2.With a 200 kg drum or 50 kg clean polyethylene plastic barrel packaging;
3. Non-dangerous goods storage and transportation.
